Our buying guide

Here at LLL we aim to achieve the highest standard of customer care and buying experience, so we have a few pointers here to help you with your purchase.

DELIVERY OF GOODS 

• Each item is securely (and beautifully!) packaged up for posting in strong, carbon neutral postal boxes.
• Parcels are sent by tracked mail, whether to the UK or abroad.
• As a one woman enterprise there will be two posting days each week for standard delivery. If you are requiring an order to be delivered with more urgency in the UK please choose the express 24 hr delivery option here.
• Prices as of August 2021

  UK	Standard tracked - £4.80
  EUROPE	Standard tracked - £12.00
  INTERNATIONAL	Standard tracked - £14.00

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• We offer a 30 day returns option on purchases, from the day of purchase.
• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns.
• Refunds will be given to the purchaser of the goods via the payment method used to buy the goods.
