Slow fashion and buying items you love, to last, is high on the agenda at LLL. So as an additional service to help maintain this ethos we offer a free repair service* on certain items** to restore any long term general wear and tear as close to the original as possible (exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed for example).

This could include Shellac that has worn away, marked painted elements or a broken clasp etc. Please see our Product Care page for additional information.   

Unfortunately we cannot offer this service for damage caused by other reasons; such as the dog attempting to eat it, dropping an earring in the bath, or your beloved treading on your necklace! 

If you feel your item could benefit from this service please email me at info@leatherlookleg.co.uk with detailed images of the item and a brief description. 

*Each item is applicable for one free repair within 3 years of its purchase.
